Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead and coach the pharmacy team to deliver patient care and counseling.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
• Promote immunizations and clinical services where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Oversee inventory management and scheduling; partner with store leadership.
