Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Burney, CA. You will deliver direct patient care, ensure safety and compliance, recruit and supervise staff, and partner with management to drive profitability while maintaining excellent service.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D or equivalent, a valid state license, is a certified immunizer, and has at least one year of supervisory experience. Flexibility to work varied schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
