• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders and administering immunizations in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signing, merchandising, and appropriate inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to resolve patient needs per company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Analyze reports to ensure policy compliance, implement loss prevention and safety controls, and supervise safety and quality reviews.
