Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Oviedo, FL. You will oversee pharmacists and staff to provide high-quality patient care, manage operations, and promote community health initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with all regulations, drive pharmacy performance, and lead outreach efforts while mentoring staff and delivering exceptional service to customers in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and support programs per Board of Pharmacy rules.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, signing, and customer service per guidelines.
• Lead community outreach and ensure safety and QA reviews.
