Qualifications

• Certified immunizer or ability to become immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• Pharmacy leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and safety.
• Drive financial profitability and identify opportunities to grow the pharmacy business.
• Coach, develop and manage pharmacy staff to meet potential and deliver exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with clinics and community stakeholders to meet needs.
