• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to resolve patient needs within guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to participate in the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies by analyzing reports and overseeing safety and quality reviews.
