Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced retail pharmacy setting.

You will oversee clinical services, ensure safety and compliance, recruit and train staff, and drive profitability while upholding service excellence. Eligible candidates hold a Pharm.D or a Bachelor's in Pharmacy with NABP/FPGEC and an active CA license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent NABP FPGEC.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.
