Job summary

The ideal candidate will have SAPC registration, 2+ years post-community service experience, and at least 1 year of people management experience. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC and eligible as Responsible Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
• Registration with SAPC as the Responsible Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee dispensary operations, stock management and compliance with SAPC regulations.
• Drive operational profitability and expense management for the dispensary and clinic.
• Schedule staff and maintain time/attendance records in line with policy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient care in collaboration with the clinic.
