Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and OTC options.
• Performs dispensing, compounding oversight, and medication management tasks.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and company policies; manages staff scheduling and workflows.
• Oversees training and performance management of pharmacy staff.
• Leads collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintains pharmacy systems knowledge including dispensing, billing, documentation, and inventory.
