The position offers full-time scheduling autonomy, a competitive hourly rate of $73–$87 with a $25,000 sign-on bonus, flexible options, and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, plus relocation support for out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacist License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy workflow, supervise staff, ensure compliance standards, manage inventory, scheduling, controlled substances procedures, and drive performance toward labor, sales, and utilization goals.
• Supervise and coach pharmacy staff, resolve customer issues, conduct physician detailing, support public health initiatives, manage third party issues, and maintain all required state/federal records.
