Job summary

Covelo Direct is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and performance; supervise staff, coach team members, and drive clinical and operational goals in a busy Colorado retail setting.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacist with Pharm.D and active license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience; leadership preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, and ensure exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff.
  • Manage workflow, scheduling, inventory, and pharmacy performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
