Responsibilities

Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and medication management.
Ensures accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance in the pharmacy.
Oversees staff scheduling, roles, training and performance management.
Maintains IT knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff and patients.
