Job summary

VytlOne seeks a Pharmacy Manager for Crossroads Pharmacy in Henderson, TX. This full-time role oversees patient services, coordinates pharmacy operations, and leads staff to ensure high-quality care in a community health setting.

Hours: Mon/Tue/Thu 8:30am-5:30pm, Wed 8:30am-6:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm; no weekends. The salary range is competitive and DOE with comprehensive benefits. Join a mission-driven team serving Henderson, Palestine and Mt. Enterprise communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current Texas Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting bodies and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager and/or Executive VP of Operations to ensure optimal service and compliance.
• Maintain daily operation by supervising pharmacists and technicians.
• Provide technical and customer service training for staff.
• Review and update drug-therapy guidelines and policies with leadership.
• Provide drug information to physicians and nurses through direct contact or in-service programs.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
• Stay current on drug therapies and interactions by literature, seminars, and professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Base Salary Range is $153,000-$166,000 DOE

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position, a full job description is available upon request):

• Assist the Regional Manager and or the Executive VP of Operations ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service, meets legal and accreditation/certification requirements, and complies with all policies and standards of Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation.
• Maintain daily operation of pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the routine performance of their duties.
• Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update established drug-therapy guidelines and other policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations, for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in-service programs.
• Prepare various reports and maintain records or supervise the maintenance of records as required or requested by the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations.
• Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and drug reactions and interactions by reading professional literature, attending seminars and utilizing professional affiliations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current Texas Pharmacist license

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience;
