Stop & Shop in Hampton Bays, NY seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team and deliver patient-centered care within a community-focused setting.

You'll oversee daily operations, ensure accurate prescription filling, provide counseling, immunizations, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Certification to administer immunizations as permitted by state law.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

What you bring to the table:

The salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
