Role Summary

The Pharmacy Manager leads and develops a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care, promote best practices, and support change management. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, coaching team members, and supporting patient health initiatives such as immunizations and clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Oversee pharmacy team during shifts, focusing on performance and compliance.
• Support safe prescription fulfillment and patient experience.
• Lead immunization efforts and support team learning.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Onboard and train new technicians and pharmacists.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging team environment.
• Review operational reports and develop improvement plans.
• Stay current with industry skills and expand clinical knowledge.
• Support clinical services to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work across multiple store locations as needed.

Additional Details

Full-time position, 38.5 hours/week, with a pay range of $65.00 - $78.00/hour. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), stock purchase, wellness programs, paid time off, flexible schedules, and more.
