Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a specialty pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and lead sterile compounding operations while ensuring compliance with USP, FDA, and state regulations.

Active NV license is required, with CA license or ability to obtain preferred. The role offers growth potential and a chance to influence expansion and licensing initiatives within a brand-new facility.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist-in-Charge licensed in NV with state board compliance.
• Experience with sterile compounding and regulatory standards.
• Ability to oversee inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee sterile compounding operations, including workflow, personnel, and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state pharmacy regulations and SOPs for sterile compounding.
• Hire, supervise, and train pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Manage pharmacy inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation programs.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispensing of compounded sterile preparations.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy, expansion, and licensing initiatives.
