Your responsibilities include leading and directing your Pharmacy Staff, which includes Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, and managing all aspects of your pharmacy's operations, such as:

A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is maintaining and promoting patient health through the adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

  • Motivate and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by leveraging their strengths and addressing development needs
  • Identify business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth and performance

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • Listed as the 'pharmacist in charge' on the state license
  • Submission of required documentation to your state PMP administrator for registration (if applicable)
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 35

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: $65.00 - $82.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. This role may include bonuses or incentives.
