Job summary

CVS Health in Fort Myers, FL, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team, ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. You will manage a staff of pharmacists and technicians, drive performance, and maintain quality care within a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
• 1+ years experience as a Staff Pharmacist with CVS Health or equivalent retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and customer service.
• Lead Pharmacy Staff and Pharmacy Technicians, managing personnel and workflow.
• Identify business opportunities and drive growth and profitability of the pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.

Workflow Management A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the pharmacist in charge'
• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).
• 1+ years experience as a Staff Pharmacist with CVS Health or equivalent retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy locations in other Districts within the RegionBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$65.00 - $85.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
