Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy staff and oversee patient care, safety, regulatory compliance and daily operations in a high-volume setting. • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Listed as pharmacist in charge on the state license and PMP registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and uphold pharmacy professional practice and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory and financial profitability; manage loss prevention.
• Lead and develop the pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians) to deliver exceptional care and grow the business.
• Drive growth and performance by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions with the team.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge’
• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$65.00 - $85.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
