Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Base Salary: $140,000 to $145,000 + Full Benefits (based on experience)

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (No nights, weekends, and closed most federal holidays).

We’re seeking a compassionate, patient-centric Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations. You’ll manage clinic partnerships, oversee staff, ensure compliance, and be a key member of the patient care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and counsel patients on medications.

Lead, inspire, and manage staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Oversee pharmacy operations including:

Patient Safety & Quality Assurance

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

Inventory & Workflow Management

Stay current on HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse requirements.

Ensure full compliance with Federal, State, Local, and facility-specific regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school.

Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a retail setting.

Experience leading pharmacy staff.

Preferred:

Knowledge of 340B pharmacy programs.

Immunization certification and experience administering vaccines.

Strong planning, communication, and customer service skills.

Candidate Requirements:

2+ years of experience (preferably 3+)

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Willingness to travel: None

No Security Clearance required

Must currently hold a Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania
