Job summary

Accede Solutions Inc. is seeking an ambulatory care pharmacist for a full-time, permanent role in the United States. A ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree with PGY-2 ambulatory care residency or equivalent is required, along with Indiana and Ohio licensure eligibility.

The candidate should have strong ambulatory clinical and administrative skills, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with health professionals, patients, residents, and students. BCACP and higher degrees are desirable.

• Leadership experience required. Three years healthcare supervision preferred.

• Ambulatory clinical and administrative skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and program development experience.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a high level of ambulatory clinical and administrative skills, enthusiasm for patient care, and the interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with health professionals, patients, residents, and students. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in clinical pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and program development. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Leadership experience with population health, chronic disease management, and collaborative practice agreements preferred. Board certification (e.g., BCACP) and advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) are desirable.
