Job summary

MCR Health in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacist team and uphold exceptional patient care. The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent and a valid Florida license to practice, with immunization authorization and CPR/BLS certification. A minimum of four years in a community or retail setting is preferred.

You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the team to deliver consistent, compassionate care in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or PharmD from an accredited college required.
• Active Florida Pharmacy license required.
• CPR/BLS certification and immunization certification required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience; community or retail pharmacy preferred.

• Assist the pharmacy manager to motivate staff and execute pharmacy operations in compliance with policies.
• Ensure adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy, DEA rules, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or

university required.

• Current and valid license to practice Pharmacy in the State of Florida required


• Certified to Administer Immunizations as expressed on the Pharmacist License required


• Current and valid CPR/BLS certification required


• Minimum of 4 years’ experience preferred


• Community or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred
