Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with leadership experience, strong long-term care (LTC) pharmacy knowledge, and expertise in psychiatric pharmacotherapy, particularly within adolescent behavioral health populations.

The Pharmacy Manager will provide operational leadership, supervise pharmacy workflows, support staff development, and ensure exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of pharmacist experience, including at least 1 year in an Independent or Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy
  • Prior pharmacy management or supervisory experience
  • Experience using FrameworkLTC software
  • Strong knowledge of Georgia and Federal pharmacy laws within an LTC environment
  • Experience with eMAR systems
  • Advanced understanding of psychiatric pharmacotherapy, especially adolescent mental health treatment
