Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor3s degree in healthcare field preferred.
• 3+ years of combined public relations and pharmacy related experience preferred.
• Claims billing/coding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between providers, the health plan, and Corporate to investigate and resolve provider/pharmacy claims issues.
• Conduct monthly face-to-face meetings with providers and document discussions, attendees, and action items.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Case Management to address pharmacy or medication concerns.
• Educate providers on policies and procedures related to pharmacy issues and problem solving.
