Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of provider services experience in a managed health care environment.
• Experience with provider contracting, benefits interpretation, and internal provider relations operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up providers accurately in the provider information system for state reporting, claims, and directories.
• Serve as primary liaison between providers and the health plan, resolving data and contract issues.
• Manage assigned provider groups and coordinate with internal departments to support provider relations.
