Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a qualified administrative professional to coordinate medical appointments, manage medications, and support the treatment team. This role involves handling lab scheduling, transportation coordination, and documentation in the EMR system.

You will join a 100-bed residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation, working with therapists, nurses, and clinicians in a warm, patient-focused environment that emphasizes compassionate

Qualifications

• High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Time management, collaborative, and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc.
• Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations
• Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR
• Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns
• Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner
