Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Newton, KS to lead a team of pharmacists and staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and community health initiatives. You will oversee dispensing, immunizations, and daily operations within compliance and safety guidelines.

You will work with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, manage staff and budgets, and drive performance in Walmart's pharmacy network. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, NABP FPGEC accepted.
• Active Pharmacist license.
• ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsabilidades

• Process and dispense prescription orders and administer immunizations.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Provide direction on customer service to resolve needs within guidelines.
• Lead community outreach programs and engage associates in outreach.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety reviews.
