Kroger is seeking a Pharmacist Manager for our Ridgeland, MS location. The role oversees all aspects of pharmacy practice, budget management, staff development, and community health initiatives, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, retail pharmacy experience, and a valid pharmacist license, with a focus on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD from an accredited US school.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Active license in good standing with the state pharmacy board.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team.
• Develop, implement, and promote sales plans and initiatives.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records and comply with laws and company policies.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and complete performance reviews.
