Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree and licensure is required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to obtain immunizer status within 90 days.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with state/federal controlled substances laws.
• Leadership rating of 3.0 or higher on last review; no disciplinary actions in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsel on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure compliant dispensing and workflow efficiency; manage staff schedules.
• Support immunizations, diagnostic testing, and wellness services.
• Collaborate with store leadership to grow pharmacy business.
