Job summary

CVS Health Lead Technicians play a pivotal role in supporting our pharmacy teams to deliver operational and service excellence in the store. They mentor the team, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and assist the Pharmacist-on-duty with daily duties.

They champion SOPs, drive patient care experiences, and maintain a collaborative, inclusive culture while traveling to stores as needed to support market goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to concentrate, multitask and coach pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist-on-duty with day-to-day activities.
• Oversee inventory activities and cycle counts as applicable.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Coach and mentor pharmacy team members and provide feedback.
