Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Tech experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 1 year of management or supervisory experience
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions of a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician
  • Current state registration, certification, or license as required
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate dispensing
  • Mentor and train new technicians
  • Lead by example in department standards and safety
  • Manage scheduling and inventory
  • Prepare for offsite clinics and support pharmacist activities
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and legal regulations
