PHARMACY LEAD TECHNICIAN- #913 SIDNEY (Finance)

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Tech experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines

Desired qualifications:

  • Over 1 year of management or supervisory experience
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Willingness to perform all essential functions of a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician
  • Current state registration, certification, or license as per state requirements
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing pharmacy tasks
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Lead by example, delegate tasks, and manage scheduling
  • Complete PIC Assistant process walk
  • Manage inventory, reconcile orders, and oversee returns and physical inventories
  • Recognize safety issues and coach accordingly
  • Prepare for offsite clinics (biometric screenings, vaccinations)
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
