Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service and train others to do the same, helping people live healthier lives. Treat customers and employees fairly and ethically, maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment, and ensure the right products and services are provided at fair and accurate prices. Offer direct patient interventions with health and wellness services in compliance with legal regulations. Responsibilities
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Perform all essential functions of a Pharmacy Senior Certified Technician
  • Maintain current state registration, certification, or license as required
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer experiences through accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
  • Train and mentor new technicians
  • Lead by example to ensure departmental standards
  • Represent the store in meetings and huddles
  • Manage scheduling and station rotation based on labor forecasts
  • Complete PIC Assistant process walk
  • Oversee inventory management including reconciliation and physical inventory
  • Recognize and coach safety opportunities as pharmacy safety expert
  • Prepare for offsite clinics (biometric screenings, vaccinations)
  • Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
  • Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud
  • Perform all job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Qualifications
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Tech experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Professional, dependable, positive attitude, good judgment, leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Desired:
  • Over 1 year of management or supervisory experience
