Kroger Family of Companies is recruiting a Pharmacy Certified Technician to support pharmacists, engage customers, and ensure accurate dispensing. You will train new technicians, oversee daily operations, and participate in inventory and safety processes within the Kroger pharmacy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of Kroger Pharmacy Technician experience. Applicants must be at least 18 and capable of leading a high-performing pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities requiring professional judgment.
• Provide stellar patient experience through accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Train and mentor new technician hires and support for pharmacy staff.
• Lead store-wide meetings/huddles and manage scheduling for hourly staff.
• Oversee inventory management including orders, returns, and physical inventory.
• Ensure pharmacy safety and sanitation compliance with regulations.
