Job summary

Optum is seeking a Supervisor, Home Delivery Pharmacy Ops to lead daily inventory operations at our San Antonio, TX site. The role manages receiving, put-away, order management, shipping, and overall inventory control, ensuring accuracy and WMS integrity.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas Pharmacy Technician license and have at least 2 years of operations experience. The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Texas Pharmacy Technician license.
2+ years of operations experience (fulfillment, pharmacy, inventory control, etc.).
Proficiency with computer and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work onsite at the San Antonio, TX address.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily pharmacy inventory operations, including receiving, put-away activities, order management, shipping, and inventory control.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count management, discrepancy investigations, inventory adjustments, and routine audits.
Monitor and maintain WMS integrity by reviewing transactions and resolving issues.
Analyze inventory performance metrics and KPIs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee inventory replenishment, supplier returns, and product quarantine processes.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Lead inventory review meetings and cross-functional discussions.
