Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
• If required, must be at least 16 years old
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists and ensure patient safety
• Manage inventory and assist with annual physical inventories, cycle counts and fridge organization
• Provide compassionate customer service at pick‑up, drive‑thru, and over the phone
• Comply with CVS policies and procedures to protect patient privacy and ensure safety
• Assist with immunizations and other patient services where allowed by law
