Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital DeRidder is seeking a part-time pharmacist to support inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. You will restock the automated medication system (AMS) and maintain accurate inventory, ensuring proper expiration dating and smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy, ACPE accreditation, and an active license in the state. Hospital experience is preferred; strong communication and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• 6 months experience in pharmacy setting.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Restock the automated medication system (AMS) at least twice weekly and as needed.
• Ensure the integrity of pharmacy medication inventory related to expiration dating and AMS organization.
• Submit reports and audits as scheduled and as requested.
