Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Hawaii to manage inventory for the pharmacy, maintain clean and orderly operations, and support purchasing, receiving and stock control. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with leadership to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring readiness of pick stations, with emphasis on safety, compliance and quality in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Pharmacy Technician Registration required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, purchasing or inventory roles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking balances, replenishment and cycle counting.
• Manage returns and monitor stock trends and shortages to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medications and supplies.
• Maintain dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
• Provide packing materials to Operations Assistants and keep pack stations stocked.
• Identify and remove short-dated or expired items from inventory.
• File inventory records and related documentation.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership.
