Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Pharmacy Inventory Associate for the Green Bay metro area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. You will count and record inventory at retail locations, using handheld scanners, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Starting wage is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complies with pharmacy and hospital training certification as required.
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy standards including PPE and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations.
