Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program to prepare graduates for Pharmacist roles. After passing required exams and completing internship hours, you’ll develop clinical and leadership skills within a dynamic retail pharmacy team.

Under supervision, you will learn SOPs, support patient care, and travel as needed across the market to ensure high-quality service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• FPGEC certification is required to begin US Intern hours.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state of employment within 120 days.
• Intern/Technician licensure as required by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians by following SOPs to ensure safe dispensing.
• Support immunizations, point-of-care testing, and offsite clinics when allowed.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and maintain accurate prescription handling.
• Provide counseling and collect patient information as appropriate under supervision.
• Maintain inventory and participate in cycle counts and stocking activities.
• Demonstrate empathy and effective communication while adapting to store needs.
