Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to join the hospital's Pharmacy Team. Under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will process and fill medication orders, perform non-sterile and sterile compounding, and support clinical and administrative functions while delivering excellent customer service.

You will rotate between North and South Campus locations with travel expected, and the shift is 4-10 hours with weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a school of pharmacy and pursuing internship licensure within 60 days.
• Experience supporting pharmacy operations and patient care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and filling medication orders and non-sterile compounding.
• Provide drug information and education to patients and staff as directed by the pharmacist.
• Support inventory management and prepare medications for dispensing.
