Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions about products and prescriptions.
• Provide drug counseling to customers.
• Assist with immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy computer system and dispense medications as directed.
• Process third party insurance information and assist customers with billing and coverage.
