Job summary

Bashas is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to support day-to-day pharmacy operations in a customer-centric, family-owned environment. You will assist with dispensing, inventory, and sales while providing high-quality care under supervision of a pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager.

Responsibilities include participating in immunizations and adherence programs, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and helping to optimize the pharmacy workflow to improve customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• State-issued license for Pharmacy Intern in state where working.
• Immunization Certificate is required.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software (MS Office).
• Ability to speak with patients and provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the site pharmacy, including customer service, sales, inventory and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Deliver Pharmacy Care programs, including immunizations and adherence platforms under supervision.
• Support store programs to meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.
• Prepare, dispense and sell prescription and pharmacy-related products under pharmacist supervision.
