Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited educational institution prior to the start date in position.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 90 days of hire per district guidelines.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Counsels patients on usage, interactions, and side effects; performs drug therapy reviews and medication management.
• MaintainsCompliance with Good Faith Dispensing and regulatory requirements; supports workflow and inventory management.
• Provides preventive healthcare services such as immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness.
• Develops relationships with local healthcare providers and participates in community outreach.
