• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient pharmacy workflow; assist in opening/closing and shift changes.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and propose enhancements.
• Process insurance claims and address 3rd party issues; follow up with providers.
