Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree prior to start date.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy; refer to provider when needed.
• Performs dispensing, drug therapy reviews, and verification of prescribed meds.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory policies and Good Faith Dispensing requirements.
