Qualifications

Willingness to obtain Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the states within the district within 90 days of hire.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Engages customers and patients with greeting and assistance to ensure a positive experience.
Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and disclosures as needed.
Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and timely dispensing of medications.
Ensures compliance with Good Faith Dispensing policies and state/federal regulations.
Maintains and supports pharmacy IT systems (Intercom Plus, StoreNET) and promotes productivity.
Supports pharmacy manager with KPI review, asset protection, and inventory management.
