Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help create a safe and efficient retail pharmacy environment while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will engage in patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, while supporting inventory and workflow processes. This role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods; lift, scan, and bag items

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations under licensed pharmacist supervision.
• Participate in patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and customer service.
• Assist with inventory management and workflow management.
• Deliver exceptional care to patients and customers.
