Job summary

CVS Health in Mahwah, NJ seeks a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team delivering patient‑centered care and safe clinical operations. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you’ll support safety, regulatory compliance, inventory, and customer service.

This part‑time internship emphasizes hands‑on learning, immunization eligibility as a preferred qualification, and a pathway to professional growth within a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining intern/licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to attend regularly, including weekends.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 20 lbs, and reaching shelves.

Responsibilities

• Assist under supervision in daily pharmacy operations.
• Support patient safety and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Participate in inventory management and workflow optimization.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction.
• Complete required training within state guidelines.
