Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a third-year pharmacy intern who will join the pharmacy team under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will support patient care, safety, and daily operations in a Retail Pharmacy setting while upholding our standards of service.

This part-time internship emphasizes learning, compliance with ACPE guidelines, and building communication and teamwork skills as you help manage prescriptions, inventory, and customer service to deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.
• Valid intern/licensure in process as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to attend weekends and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and perform required dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy.
• Ensure a safe and effective work environment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assist with patient safety, QA, inventory, and workflow management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support pharmacy operations.
